A soothing mask, moisturiser and sunscreen are applied.

Contraindications
- Cold urticaria or a known abnormal reaction to cold.
- Pronounced sensitivity, injuries or skin irritation. Couperose.
- Recovery after a peel, laser treatment or surgery without the treating doctor’s permission.
- A pronounced vascular reaction to cold or visibly dilated capillaries.
